    A quick recap of my day, without getting too waffly. It has been an absolute classic and my favourite/most successful chase so far. - started fairly benign as I failed to get a good handle on the

    100% Bonafide Supercell no doubting that whatsoever 35knts of flow, Moved right of the deviant steering flow Killed off anything that came near it Like most Supercells massive uptick in

    Nice little thunderstorm finally drought is over!  London webcams: I grabbed this!!!

    Travelling north after getting close to the Oxford cells earlier, without much success. Punched through a nice rain core 15 mins ago just south of Leicester and now parked up at the services ?

    You could easily mistake the radar imagery for destabilisation of a Spanish plume.

    Looking north at a cell close to Derby and also looking thundery to the west (from Leics services) ⛈️

    Just had a few deep rumbles of thunder a few minutes apart, rapidly darkening skies from the N and now torrential fat raindrops.

    We maybe too far north this time would have helped an afternoon of sun rather than cloud. Wind direction looks wrong as well but we can only wait and see.
