Looks like that's it for us along the M4 - enjoy those in the firing line now!

I’m wondering about that band stretching south into the Channel and whether that could fire on the next hour or so - admittedly odds not looking great, but let’s wait and see

I’m still at home.

decided to have a few lagers lol. I have got Zaks vision and can make out the cells over Milton Keynes way! Stunning cauliflower tops on them.

Hoping those little cells can hold out in the S North Sea, as they would probably give a direct hit here. Love how we have clear skies and unimpeded views of all of these cells. May make for lovely silent lightning shows later on if they hold together.

Saw that too, think I heard a rumble of thunder from it too but I'm not counting it.

Interesting structure to the cell which sprung-up from Bakewell as it was moving into Dove Holes, no lightning heard around here but it has given some much needed rain.

Seems pretty unfortunate for anyone east of Leicester as everything seems to fizzle out as it moves northwards or skirts past to the west. Hopefully this will change.

Interesting to see that the MetOffice' warning didn't come to fruition and that it kicked off elsewhere..

Never underestimate Mr Dan Holley's warnings, very much spot on!

Got a good view of cells Luton way.

Will move if anything closer arrives. But looking unlikely, all the action looks to be west of me.

The upper edge of the massive cell that's just passed over Birmingham is creeping it's way towards me! (looking towards the SSE)
