Cell popped off over Doncaster is visible from here. Didn't expect anything so close, will probably head towards Bradford or Huddersfield. 20200613_175054.thumb.jpg.de6d323543c58d9e03a45cfac1add8b6.jpg

Looks good on radar - surprised it developed! Looks like it has Bradford's name on it.

I'm keeping an eye on the cell heading towards Chester and the Dee Estuary. Could pep up as its heading over the Cheshire plain.

The ones over Milton Keynes and Lichfield are brimming with potential too.

Nice formations over where I am. I reckon some of these could be quite potent if given the right conditions.

There's a warning out for the NW, yet most activity seems to be south and SE, is more expected later evening?

This cell looks like it may be getting quite organised...

It is very organised. Has been chucking out much more lightning and thunder than Blitzortung would suggest. It’s come about as close as you possibly wish without being drenched - perfect!!!

edit - this is my view of this cracking cell (at least much more cracking than I was even hoping for)
