Supposed to be dry here, even according to this morning's forecasts, but washing drenched by 4+ hours of rain - another abysmal short-range forecast from the BBC.

Dry all day here with sunny spells but felt quite cool in the breeze. Reached 18.2°C, currently 13.4°C

A sparkling start to the day after a minimum of 8.5C.

Morning All, after an overnight low of 10.0°C at: 06:57, it's currently 17.2°C  with a very light breeze in from the north. Blue skies this morning, and quite unusual to see the beach this empty on an August bank holiday...

Weymouth looking as sparse

A low of 8.1°C at: 07:38... plenty of sunshine this morning and afternoon, the odd cloudier period but feeling warm nonetheless with a lighter breeze than yesterday, albeit still from the north. Up to 17.4°C

A pretty nice day with plenty of sunshine, although needed my light coat when I went out for evening walk as it has been cooling down pretty quickly..

Sunny morning after a chilly start, temp got down to 4.6°C this morning currently up to 12.1°C

Normally their most prosperous time, the retailers are reeling from COVID19 and now are hit with a cold August bank holiday, I can see a lot more going under after this week, just looking at the beach this morning....after an overnight low of 8.4°C at: 05:40..

Almost as cold as my all time August minimum in 2012 with a minimum of 6C.

A low of 8.8°C overnight. Sunny spells earlier but cloudier now with the odd bright spell, the breeze is light. 17.5°C

Walked from Westbourne to Sandbanks early on. Really nice in the Sunshine. 

Overheard the kiosk workers saying that yesterday was busy. Sandbanks was getting going, as we were heading back. 

Back home to more cloud than blue, but it's not bad.

Not very nice out now, but sticking with it. Bits of brightness to the West, East and South, but thick cloud here that ain't gonna shift.

Edit: Might be wrong. Hope so. It's trying to brighten up.

Sunny morning followed by a cloudy afternoon with a few sunny spells. Reached 18.4°C, currently 14.8°C

Morning All, another cool night with a low of 7.6°C at: 07:01, now warming nicely currently 19.8°C,  the sun has turned the heat on again so not looking too bad, even the beach seems popular today, given that nippy wind has eased off... whilst the sea temperature has dropped 1°C from it's earlier peak 

 

Noticeable lack of cruise ship in the bay this morning...although ALLURE of the SEAS and ANTHEM of the SEAS are both still at anchor

I had reason to visit Weymouth over the weekend they seem to have a collection of cruise ships as well.
