I watched a couple during lockdown and you really had to know what you were looking for so I think they achieved that.

Yeah I can see the one side of it, but it was interesting looking at the night sky and watching the line of sats crossing the sky following one another..

Just had another monster downpour. 103.8 mm/hr rain rate. 10.6mm for today, so far.

10 days ago, it was the driest August I had recorded. Now, it's the wettest I have recorded. 115mm has fallen in those 10 days.

Nothing interesting overhead here, a few heavy showers and there were some stunning clouds while we heard regular thunder to the W and SW earlier.

Sunshine and thundery showers on and off all afternoon.

Some of the heaviest rain bouncing off the roof of the summerhouse!

Just grey and featureless out there now as the wind has switched to the NE. Feeling quite cold too.

Max today was 17.9°C... a few showers but none as heavy as yesterday's downpour.

Felt pretty cool when I was on my walk about 5pm, even though the breeze was still relatively light.

Hi Mapantz,  no, definitely not space x 5g satellites.

Two clusters,  not birds,  illuminated at night . Moving fast , very high up , not uniformed movement , silent too. Not drones or lanterns flares either .

Did you see them last night by any chance?

No I was driving back from slough after an extremely eventful, stressful day trying to help mum sort out car bought from very dodgy garage !!!

Sat out of the wind and it's lovely in the Sunshine.

Listening to the footie, the breeze and a green woodpecker squawking in next door's garden.
