Not the best day for popping down to Bournemouth. Cloudy, a very light drizzle and trying to brighten up. Feels muggy.

Some patches of blue over the Channel. Beach is practically empty.

Not the best day for the start of the International Cricket season at the Rose Bowl. :oldlaugh:

Fri, Sat, Sun looking good though, so we'll be alright.

Just been reading the SW thread from March 2018. Ah the memories of when exciting weather was a thing, not that we'd see snow at this time of year of course.

Fairly warm out there tonight. 15.6°C

Out working and it’s dry & reasonably bright! Was woken by rain around 04.30 so thought how typical but thankfully it’s fine!

I often read the old threads to bring back memories... it’s great.

Now, not so summery again, even duller than yesterday. The low overnight was 13.5°C... Rather murky, damp and cool. 16.9°C

Well a very wet old afternoon, yet another poor forecast from the BBC too.

The sunshine of spring feels a long time ago now

Dull with drizzle at times... 17.8°C the high, it is currently 14.3°C

Some sunshine tomorrow, thankfully. Hoping next week is sunnier and warmer, despite the ‘downgrades’ being shared about in the MOD thread.

After a bright start it took all of an hour or two for the shallow cu to infill, under a cool upper trough it could be a poorer day than I thought. Temps been stuck at 17C for a couple of hours as well.

Indeed, one of those dreaded infill days today. Funnily enough, if it was a more slack cyclonic northwesterly, it'd probably be sunnier, albeit with the risk of showers.
