A dry night, clear at first and then increasing high and medium level cloud after midnight. A brief light shower at 0650 g.m.t but since then the cloud has cleared to the east and it's now warm and sunny.

Front clearing through here, blue skies just west of here. I 'think' there may have been half a dozen spots of rain! Prior to the front some Ac Castellanus was briefly visible.

Expected some fireworks but ended up with a dud just blue skies here, at least the north sea seems to have a bit of action.
