A dry and clear night with a ground frost and a sunny start to this morning. Cumulus increased steadily after 0830 g.m.t and by late morning it was mainly cloudy with an occasional light shower and brief sunny intervals.

Clear and cold overnight, widespread frost. Sunny spells this morning, cloud bubbling up. Turning mostly cloudy late morning and in to the afternoon.

A slight frost to start,leaving a dry day with good sunny spells max 11 deg ,min 1 deg

Cold start with a slight ground frost (there was a rare May air frost at Reading University, the nearest official station) then dry all day with long sunny spells, feeling much milder than yesterday. Clouded over this evening. Maximum 15.1, minimum 1.6. Wind light NW.
