First two rumbles heard, within 1 minute of each other In Newcastle-under-Lyme... Thought it would die before it made it but it’s coming!

Just the 2 strikes heard from the Kinder Scout cell although it's gone quiet again after 10 minutes.

I'm pretty sure I can see the tops of the clouds from the rash of showers/storms off the Welsh borders. If they keep their energy after sunset, I could be in for some distant fun and games.

Big clap's of thunder, can't see the lightning as the sun's low enough to be below the cloud base on the horizon ( awesome zero order glow though)

I'd love to jump in the car and watch this cell from Mow Cop, I have a walkable vantage point minutes away, but can't see anything until it reaches Congleton.  Enjoy.

Just got the 2 rumbles of thunder from this earlier on so i'll take it, given that today was looking to be uneventful.
