Laura tobin on gmb said rain mostly south of M4. Blimey it's been raining heavy in parts here a good part of the day in Boxmoor, 17 miles north of the M4 as the crow flies !! Temps around 4.0c most of the day.

Dull, cold and wet all day, the rain mostly light to moderate. Maximum 5.9, minimum 4.8. Wind light NE. The models certainly got the northerly extent of the rain wrong, forecasting a dry day here right up to yesterday evening.
