If capel carig reaches 60mph average already yes its very high up and a perfect place.

Whats the highest mean we`ll see there.

A lot of people seem to be downplaying this storm here in London.  But I guess the amber warning is warranted as it effects the greatest population areas.

I'm at newhaven lighthouse parked up to enjoy the storm.

I am surprised the gates are not locked, they don't normally let people in when there is storm - it can get very bad there I have seen it move them 1 ton concrete blocks.

Yes it has moved those in the past.  We are about 100m back from the edge so ne problems.

Which model does xcweather use?

Several hours of 60-70 mph gusts for the London stations apparently. Perhaps overdone a bit? but i've never seen them that high before..
