Cloudy and dry at the moment. As I type he first wet snow of the winter has started.

A mainly cloudy night with sleet showers during the middle of yesterday evening and snow showers before dawn this morning. The first covering of snow of the winter at 0900!. A few more light snow showers this morning but at the moment it's dry and sunny.

Apart from a few light snow flurries around 0945, and an occasional light shower of sleet or ice pellets this afternoon, most of the day was dry and breezy with sunny spells.
