A dry night with evening high cloud clearing to leave the second half of the night almost cloudless. A persistent W breeze and typical high pressure inversion conditions prevented an air frost here. The mininmum was reached shortly after 0100 but by 0530 the temperature had risen to 2.8c. Clear and sunny so far this morning.
