Cloudy with rain at times, little or no wind, 1.4 mm since midnight with 4.2 last evening along with a squall line soon after it started, a low of 7.1 C, again almost the January daytime maximum

Dry cloudy and calm with a chiller feel this morning. A band of persistant rain is passing to the south of town which doesn't look like bringing anything more than a bit of drizzle here.
