News breaking that contract negotiations have ended and Vettel will leave Ferrari at the end of the mini season.

Probable move is to McLaren although it's unknown whether Ferrari will be getting Riccardo or Sainz (the former meaning that McLaren would likely boot Norris).

McLaren is poised to secure a loan from a Bahraini bank to solve its cash-flow problems, BBC Sport has learned.

It will help McLaren solve a liquidity shortfall that meant it needed new funds to be injected by mid-July.

An entertaining race today with a great first podium for Lando Norris. Another collision between Hamilton and Albon cost them both a podium position too.

Vettel has picked up where he left off last year - pointing the wrong direction on-track.

What a race! Great to see F1 back. Norris and Russell had fantastic races. Albon looked pretty sharp too. Vettel looks like he is giving up on F1 and how is Grosjean still driving an F1 CAR?

Shame Verstappen had that early failure, I suspect Mercedes are ahead by quite a distance but it would have been good to see how close he would have been come the chequered flag. Leclerc must have been surprised to get a podium.

Disappointed for Hamilton but delighted for Norris and McLaren to get a podium especially after their recent troubles.

Shame to see US  and Brazil GPs go (Mexico doesn't tend to produce good races) but great that we are seeing 3 really good races back in Europe. Nurburgring doesn't have the greatest track layout but the weather is very unpredictable there. Imola needs no introduction and should never have gone off the calendar anyway. Portimao is a new track with a lot of hill slopes and fast turns. It's a pretty new circuit but deserves it's chance in F1.

Mugello will also be a challenging track for the drivers with a lot of high speed turns. May be difficult for overtaking though.

Cracking end! Dont know why their did not pit lewis though after max pitted instead took the risk on the last lap but a win is a win and a very big win 30 point gap now i think?

Softer tyers and much hotter temps for next weekend could be fun....

The Tuscan GP is rather eventful!

Not a bad one either for the first of the season for that the fans can get in to watch as well
