Same sky as others here, and at a muggy 23.1C. 

No lightning or rumbles yet since the last outburst in June.

That line to the SE is intensifying and is in line for Edinburgh in an hour or two

How weird...for the past few minutes almost constant distant rumblings from north of Kinross direction and very short only a few seconds of intense rain.

I've just heard a rumble.. must be dinner time not eaten since yesterday. Really want a decent thunder and lightning storm or two. Is it too much to ask?

Wow the radar is lit up over parts of Scotland. It’s gonna get/already is interesting. I had 3 raindrops this morning. Please don’t get too jealous. Happy storm chasing!

Power coming and going but this storm is almost passed,one near Kingussie seems to be heading our way for later.Still very black to the south.

I was thinking about it as I am off work tonight but it will probably be a waste of time  I will wait and see what happens later

Nondescript sums it up here. Grey, cloudy and misty for much of the day, temperature around 16c or 17c with a high dew point.

Our airport definitely expecting storms but the sky here looks like it has for most of the day. Cloudy/hazy, temp high teens.

I can see the anvil and convection from the Lesmahagow storm from Ayrshire, looks nice with good visibility!

My Mrs said I have a serious problem if I want to drive for miles just to see as she called it “a stupid bit of lightning”
