Hmm... Surprise, surprise,,,,,,DP -0.7c  with a temp of 4.1c.

3 gritting lorries nose to tail just gone up the brae here.   Do they know something we don't?

Back to rain and sleet here (and colder!) but nice to see anyway.

Edit: snowing again heavily at 3c

Rain, sleet, snow, back to rain. Thoroughly unpleasant.

Now back to wet snow and a touch of whiteness on the grass.

Heavy snow here too, big fat flakes and starting to settle.

Down to 2.5c now and starting to settle. Doesn't look like there will be much more to come from this front but hopefully another chance with the next front...

Unlike others were losing rather than gaining snow. Only 3 or 4C early afternoon but snow dissappearing steadily in the sun, only really managing to hang on where its shaded or was deep. Been nice seeing snowy hills since Monday, but the lower ones are pretty much back to green & brown.

Temp has bounced around in all this sleet/snow. Was down to 0.6°C and settling snow, then back up to current 2.2°C and only remnants on grass with icy sleet. Story of this winter at my location.

On a train near Dalwhinnie. Plenty lying snow and lots more coming down. Sticking to everything so guessing it's quite cold! Unlike the train, which is roasting hot for a change

Yes a hot train .If it was the same one I was on did It stop at Drummochter and driver come back down the train. I was thinking it might be the wrong type of snow!!

Off to a farming meeting on Friday night in Stirling and then through to see Aurora Storm in Edinburgh today. More snow falling tonight at Drummochter tonight on the way home.Currently dry and 3.5c at home

First day of Spring and  a decent start. Sunny, calm and chilly at 3C. Hours of sunshine this afternoon if the forecast holds. Days are definitely feeling longer, it wasnt dark here until after 6pm last night.

Farewell Winter 2019/20, you wont be missed!

Snowing here, nice fat flakes but all melting as they hit the sodden ground.

Nice morning here, 2.9c, light cloud and breeze. Snow disappeared as fast as it came the other day but still some white stuff on the Cuillin. Been quite a calm weekend really and looks as if we'll be back to the usual murky pish this week. Might get out for a wee stroll today before the rain arrives..... again!

Sleety snow showers again. Fair billowing about in the heavier bursts. Nothing lying below 350m and Meto yellow warning has disappeared.

Heavy wet snow for a time this morning but nothing settling. Absolutely perishingly cold wind and sunshine this afternoon and back to sleety pish / wet snow showers this evening.
