Sunny all day again and not far off being the warmest day of the year for the second day in a row but fell just short reaching 14.2°C. Currently 7.5°C

Morning All, a warmer night than of recent with a low of 3.7°C at: 03:16, with some haze this morning the temperature has risen to 7.7°C. As of recent days the RH is falling quite quickly already, so another good drying day looks on the cards...

Nasty wind out there, and now cloudy after a largely sunny morning. Nice to see the cloud is only over the UK and not the North Sea lol.

Got to 12.3°C at: 13:04... but the temperature has been steadily dropping since then, cloudy with a keen breeze. 8.9°C

Yup, have to agree, the temperature is dropping off looking at this as the sun's strength diminishes rapidly..

However with the cloud cover, it might suggest keeping temperatures up tonight

Afternoon all, couldn't do my daily post yesterday as had some issues with the internet. Anyway we recorded our warmest day yesterday with a Max of 15.0'c at 16:12pm, was a lovely yesterday though with wall to wall sunshine and lighter winds. 

Today, a lot more cloud around, especially this Morning and up until about midday. The sun has come out more though during the Afternoon, though still with a lot of cloud at times, mainly in the form of Stratocumulus. The Wind has also picked up a little more this Afternoon too.

Sunny earlier in the day but clouded over as the afternoon went on. Felt cold in the wind. Reached 13.1°C, currently 8.8°C

Just had to pinch myself and do a double take! Putting washing on the line and there were snow grains falling!

What a glorious dry sunny week it was last week to be sat in the Garden and plenty of veg gardening.
 

The wind picked up here about 5 am and has been blustery since then.
NNE 20-25 mph with plenty of 27-32 mph gusts and a few hitting 36mph.
After that week of 12- 14 °C temps daily and lows of 6 °C to 8 °C (Friday midday was yearly high of 14.9 °C), its a bit of a shame its only 6 °C today.
A low of 4 °C this morning at 6 am.
Barometer has risen to 1036.2 hPa today after being at 1022-1026 hPa all week

Notice too, we have had no rain since the 14th March.

Evening all

Observations: A mostly fine day Today with more sunshine but also some cloudy periods at times, these are in the form of Stratocumulus but also some Cumulus from dying showers from the North East, which we managed to get a very very very light shower but was way too light to tell what it was trying to fall and it didn't accumulate. The wind Today however certainly feels cold and is quite strong too.
Some nice sunshine at the moment, though some Cumulus and Stratocumulus still drifting over at times, still feeling really quite chilly with a continuous Fresh-Strong North East wind mostly.

So that’s now 10 days with probably at least 80% sunshine, much sunnier than anticipated today but what a gusty wind blowing off Salisbury Plain! Not to forget the brief snow grain flurry this morning.

Hopefully the next few days can continue to be brighter than expected.

Yes, I hope there's more sunshine than the Met Office app bargains for... although when i checked yesterday, it was only showing sun for the morning and cloud all afternoon but we've had mostly blue skies all day.

Morning All, the nagging breeze has dropped off overnight although signs of it increasing slightly over the last hour, however it has turned more into a northerly now. Frost is kept at bay with the breeze, currently 2.3°C..
