Missed us completely, Mapantz!  Just been a grey and dank day with only one proper shower and that only lasted a few minutes.

Cloudy with drizzle for most of the day and a spell of heavy rain for a time earlier this evening. Currently 10.2°C which is also the high for today.

Meanwhile a year ago today this happened...

Didn't turn out to be anything special as it melted quickly but I haven't seen any snow since.

Well well, not a bad morning with plenty of blue sky and not too windy

Yup, same here, inverse logic being applied, normally sunny in the week and rain at the weekend, talk about confusing...

Sad to think that one year ago it was snowing so much and we have hardly had anything this year. Oh well, still 2 months left until I want it to be hot again.

Moderate rain here. 6.0°C

I am ‘glad’ it’s falling in the overnight period so I can make use of tomorrow somewhat.

Whoa, cant let you feel lonesome on here..

So today after a sunny start that turned ever more cloudy turned in a good high temp of 13.6°C at: 11:37. A strong breeze in the SW, I'm sure has held the temperatures down, buy hey ho..

Sunny and Mild here in Basingstoke - this time last year was total chaos as the usual three flakes of snow ground Basingstoke to a halt!

Mild night here with a low of 9.2°C. Currently grey and 11.1°C

I was just about to have a fire but it's piddling down with rain!

The rain band seems to extend noticeably further north (in the SW) than predicted as recently as the 9am (current) UKV this morning and I just can't believe the current forecasts that it will dry out by 2pm to 3pm here. Overcast with drizzly bits I'd say, probably all afternoon.

"But at least it's mild" as they say.
