"Although the models agree on the overall scenario, there are major along-track or speed differences among the models, with the GFS/HWRF/HMON being the fastest solutions and the ECMWF being the slowest. In fact, at 48 hours, the spread between the GFS and ECMWF models is more than 700 n mi."NHC

Might link into an ET low heading near to UK but ECM seems to take it across towards Portugal, hard to tell with 24 hour gaps. Bit more life in Sebastien than in first advisories

Awaiting wind warnings from Met Eireann for Tuesday.

"Post-tropical cyclone Sebastien is moving northeastward at 35 kt, embedded in the strong flow to the southeast of a mid- to upper- level trough. This motion, and the cyclone's current intensity, is expected to persist for the next day or so, before the cyclone merges with a higher-latitude low. The cyclone will likely bring gusty winds and heavy rains to portions of the Azores through Monday morning. Please see products issued by the Portuguese Institute for the Sea and the Atmosphere (IPMA) for more details." NHC
