A little more showery rain through the morning, though this stopping before lunch time. The afternoon saw a little brightness, though cloudy on the whole with the odd light shower.

A dry day with a few sunny intervals and a gentle breeze which backed from W early this morning to SE by late afternoon. The grass was soon crisp with frost after sunset.
