It certainly didn't qualify as "the coldest August Bank Holiday on record" here, a few miles north of Eastbourne. It was a lovely late summer's day after a slightly chilly start (9 °C minimum at Herstmonceux nearby).

Bingo renting sadly! We’re thinking about being owners again this is a bit out our price bracket £125,000... but yes I totally would see appeal once retired that’s not anytime soon lol! To sell up and then be here for 10 months of year and then fly off in 2 months. What a wonderful life that would be. 
 

Had a nice evening in Hastings good food at the Italian Way always reliable place.
