I don't sweat like this on holiday where it's just as hot, if not hotter. It's mad

Just reached 30.2c here, expect 32 or 33 is on the cards so really looking forward to a stormy break down which looks more like thurs/fri now.

How many more times will we see heat like this end with yet another whimper for the SE and EA? It's becoming too flipping common!

30c and rising, 45% humidity, feels much worse. Another 3 days of this heat and I feel sick and exhausted. 4 days of warnings from the meto and zero likely to happen. Sucks.

Local amateur weather stations around here are all showing 94-96f...not sure how accurate they are, that would be around 35c! No official weather stations of course in SE London/NW Kent, used to have Greenwich and Gravesend of course, gone. Certainly feeling oppressively hot now.

Just 30 deg here but quite uncomfortable due to 61% humidity,no sign of any storms though today and that counts for tomorrow as well sadly

29c here, probably going to fall short of 30c just. Just a light breeze and can see cloud building to the south.

With temperatures sitting around 33c across a large section of the Fens, that cell could get some decent traction.

There is a cell looks like it’s starting to come alive over Cambridge, not sure if it will amount to much and still hundreds of miles too far to the west for the ToD.

Temps here seem to have stopped rising and Norwich actually dropped 2c over the last hours, maybe some cloud appearing that way?

Be careful what you wish for - some on Raging Skies (FB) has reported a direct hit on their farm in Wales, it's pretty nasty there.

Skies turning hazy here now, hopefully clouds can start to block that sun out, I’d like to sleep a little tonight!

Or the cloud will trap the heat in?
