Some potent showers moving through, even tried snowing just now at 7°C Very nice to see some sun and blue sky in between the showers and some interesting cloudscapes, too. The ground is absolutely sodden, water is pooling everywhere, not seen that for ages.

Some snowflakes mixing in with the heavier bursts of rain here in N London.

So is this our one week of winter for 19/20 then? With thursday's snow and monday's potential too..

Had this small little shower fade away as it arrived here and it produced a little, faint rainbow to the right of the picture.

And I can also see some of the heavy showers over London here from Bedford.

For here it has been a lovely day lots of sunshine with a strong breeze, chilly in the shade but felt warm earlier in the sun with shelter, getting stronger now the sun, no need for warnings at least in this part of the U.K. a few snowflakes wouldn’t go amiss though

Heavy snow & strong winds. Remember that look out point is pretty much top of the downs & doesnt represent the general weather > its only 50M lower than Buxton !

Nice little line of cloud over the horizon to the west as the sun is setting.

Looks like it's coming from this big blob of rain
