Just outside - even more rural than the centre.

It's a decent location round your way - good height for snow but also in a frost hollow. Have family in Denshaw just a few miles up the road from you.

Denshaw miles better than here - i am in the crapest altitude in the whole parish - you want Scouthead, Denshaw or Lydgate, or up by the Church inn. More interested in snow than frost.

2 degrees here in Northumberland this morning but it was too dark and too cold to actually go outside and check if there was a ground frost? Was hoping for it too as I've had my eyes on some sloes!

Welcome to Netweather infiniteskies.

I love making sloe gin. Delicious! Looking not a bad autumn for them down here in Suffolk, but no prospect of frosty weather yet.
Would you mind popping your location details into your profile please. Ta.

Dubai Floods: Another Warning Sign for Desert Regions?

The flooding in the Middle East desert city of Dubai earlier in the week followed record-breaking rainfall.
