Clear spells overnight, turning less windy. Bright and sunny spells for a short time this morning. Cloud increasing to almost overcast by observation.

 

24-hour maximum 20.5c

24-hour minimum 13.4c

Yesterday.

 

Variable cloud producing a few showers overnight. mainly cloudy this morning, a little intermittent drizzle here, showers in the vicinity, windy. Moderate showery rain around the area through the morning and in to early afternoon, though this station only caught further light drizzle. Sunny spells developed mid afternoon, though very windy for early August. The rest of the afternoon and in to the evening continued much the same, this station avoiding the showers.

A dry night with clear periods. Sunny early this morning but cloud increased rapidly from the west after 0630 g.m.t and brought light-moderate showers by 0730 g.m.t. Dry at the moment with a few sunny intervals.

A few showers this morning cleared to give a dry afternoon with some decent sunny spells, especially to start the afternoon.

Max Temps 19c but feeling warmer than yesterday due to much lighter winds.

Dry with sunny spells, plenty of showers all round in the afternoon but they missed us completely. Still breezy. Maximum 21.8, minimum 15.1. Wind moderate SW.

Yesterday: dry with sunny intervals after early morning showers. Unusually windy for August. Maximum 21.7, minimum 16.8. Wind fresh to strong SW with gusts to gale force in the morning.
