A warm and cloudy night with a brief  light shower. The cloud broke after sunrise and  this morning was dry and warm with sunny spells, though with gradually increasing cloud again towards midday. Heavy showers arrived from the south by 1200 g.m.t, with thunder heard to the east around 1230 g.m.t, and moderate to heavy showers continued for the rest of the afternoon with brief dry spells between them.
