Of course it happens a few miles west. I bet today storms will happen around here rather than direct like usual

Looks like it's kicking off in a few places now with more heavier cells developing

Posted (edited)

Things beginning to twitch a cell gone up to east with some lightning apparently. Gone still cloudy and muggy here now. Fingers crossed we can't have seven days of Thunder surely not.

Looking at the radar whats out there now will skirt to the east of us.

This could be one for the North to look out for

If I was in Lincolnshire it would be those cells on the southern tip of that area I'd be watching closely.

I agree with PIT for here at least. Everything looks like skirting east of us.

Just had heavy convectional rain and hail stones very briefly in Reading, then as it was heading further north east, could hear Thunder coming from it.

Just north of Harlow - the storm is rumbling off away from me now. Not much visible lightning but nice big rumbles.

Wont be heading and further north - not worth it. Hoping for something else here but I fear that the cold front is past now and not enough trigger for anything else

Can see them from here, absolutely massive, there's about 3 in a line. Oh well, always next year eh?
