Persistent rain here all night with some very heavy rain in the past few hours. Temp currently 14c

Cloudy and dry after just slight rain overnight, 0.4 mm, a low of 15.2 C; seeing both Pit and PM's rainfall the main belt must be just west of here; confirmed by the radar.

A cloudy night with rain arriving by mid evening and continuing for the rest of the night, heavy at times. The rain has cleared to the west in the last 40 minutes and at the moment it's dry, breezy and cloudy.

Rain turned moderate and continuous through late morning and in to the afternoon. The rain stoped late afternoon only to recommence by early evening.

Rain has just returned radar suggests it won't last long. A cold day so far after a warm start with temperatures hardly moving.

The data from you folk above shows just how how close both East and West the main rainbelt is to me.  A cool damp, slight drizzle at times, day here. Last week seems a million miles away already!

The rain here has been non stop in Hinckley for nearly 16 hours with a fair bit yesterday before a brief respite until around 00:30 this morning. Not stopped since. ?️
