Firefox Quantum v68 - Unblocking scripts disables vertical scrolling

Good afternoon.

In Firefox Firefox Quantum v68, allowing scripts to run from your domain disables the vertical scroll bar and disables any ability to vertically scroll the page by other means, such as arrow keys and mousewheel. This requires me to manually re-enabled the vertical scrollbar in web developer mode by changing the overflow-y value to auto in the style property of the HTML node but this creates other problems.

Hi, welcome to the community. Must admit, I've never seen or heard of anything like that happening on the site before. Are you running any other addons in your browser at all?

UBlock Origin, Disconnect, Privacy Badger

Just disabled the three, looks like the cookie warning was the culprit.
