Cooling down real fast now, through 18°C, hopefully some unforecast cloud will suddenly appear and the temperature won't get above 23.

I dont think thats actual rain. Other radar services arent picking it up. Perhaps some interference?

EDIT: Scratch that, it did appear on others, I didn't go back enough! Mostly diminished already and stayed off shore for the most part.

There are already thunderstorms cropping up over northern France that are drifting close to the channel and towards the UK.....this is much earlier than I thought! Potential fly in the ointment?

31.6 at Heathrow at 10am. I remember temps being at around 32 at 10.30am back in August 2003. I remember checking the temps on teletext 😂

This is a list of the hourly readings from Aug 10 2003. Times are in UTC so add an hour to get the BST time. We are a couple of degrees ahead of 2003 (31.6C at 0850Z compared to 29.6C in 2003)!
