Overcast now and temps continued to drop, feeling really nice and comfortable, hopefully more unforecast cloud tomorrow to keep a lid on things!

Summary for today:

Elevated lightning (but not much thunder) and rain passed over in the early hours of the morning, followed by a breezy day with scattered clouds, which became mostly cloudy or overcast PM.

Due to the breeze and cloud it was a pleasant day, not feeling hot at all, and good for being out and about.

Min: 19.2°C

Max: 27.7°C

Was hot and mostly sunny all day with just a few wispy high clouds here and there.

Top temp I measured here in Hertfordshire was 31.2oC.

The "low" last night ( if you can call it that) was 19.8oC! Possibly the highest night temp I have recorded going back about 10 years!

Currently still very warm and clear at 22.1oC.

Will be interesting to see what I record tomorrow
