Overcast but dry at last after drizzle and light rain all day yesterday.

Northeasterly from coolish North Sea (Scarborough water temp. 12.2C) holding the temperature down.

Currently 13.2C after a low of 11.7C.

A cold day after a mild start. Early drizzle but turning dry by lunchtime but staying cloudy and cold

A dry day with some sunny intervals for the morning, turning much sunnier into the afternoon. Despite a fresh breeze, very warm indeed in the sunshine inland temps (unofficial weather stations 24-26c)
