Not a clue for this month.. probably warmer than average, but not excessively so.. a conservative 16.9 degrees is my estmate, atlantic influences at times, mid atlantic heights ridging through the UK, trough pushing through thereafter with a couple of southerly plumes. 

July is proper summer, before the atlantic traditionally anchors its influence over the UK.
