South West and Central Southern England Regional Weather Discussion 01/06/2019 Onwards

A mostly cloudy day but felt warm when the sun came out. Cool breeze however and peaked at 20.6°C...

With full cloud cover this evening we have had to put the living room lights on at quarter to 8.. Autumn and the darker nights are setting in!

Cloudy for most of the day but brightened up later to leave a sunny end tot eh day, Reached 19.1°C, currently 16.8°C

A nice drop of clear liquid this morning to start the day, with a light breeze. Rain has stopped now overcast .

Overnight low was 14.3°C with some rain to start off with, briefly heavy.

Mostly cloudy now although it did brighten up for a time. 15.9°C

Definitely more rain than I expected last night, totalling exactly 16mm. Today rather cool feeling in a strong breeze, although a respectable max temp of 19.1 °C. 1 heavy shower this morning and then a few brief light ones later on.

We had mostly sunny skies throughout the afternoon and it stayed dry however it clouded over around tea time and we've just had a light shower.

It reached 19.1°C here too... down to 15.4°C now with a cool breeze.

5.2mm of rain this morning. Good sunny spells throughout the day, with 7.1 hours recorded. Top temp of 20.7°C.

Haha not particularly! As a gardener it is very useful rain indeed. I thought being frontal rain the deviation across our region wouldn't be quite as stark this time, but again there seems to be large differences around.

What looked earlier this week as a wash out friday is now looking like fizzled out Friday as the band of rain appears to weaken progressively and is almost out of rain drops by the time it makes the south coast..

Most of the week at this time the temperature has been dropping. Today it’s rising and is currently at 18.6c which is the highest since Tuesday afternoon!

Patchy cloud after some longer sunny spells earlier today reaching a high of 21.2°C at: 12:06 . Seems like I'm out watering the garden tonight as we are lacking rainfall.
