Good ol rain down here at sea level as expected, good to see so many people seeing snow though when it's not even winter yet!

Just seen a snowy pic from Minch on Breakfast. I’m down at 30meters asl and nothing here. Might have a little drive up in my truck shortly. Will grab some pics if it’s any good.

Looking forward to any pics you take but am more interested in this pivoting LP system. Not left our area since it moved in. Just under 4 inches rain since midnight here (nearest AWS) more than that me thinks and it keeps coming.. small hints of 2007, but a much colder time of year. Keeping watch for snowflakes but there's not much chance of it sticking in our local in the soggyness.

I'm in Bristol working, with limited access to view outside.

What's it like in Weston? my weather station is saying, it's 1.8c and raining, must be cold enough for some wet snow in the heavier bursts?

Sleet is the order of the day here. Not in the heaviest of the ppn but the odd flake mixed in with the rain. The splodge test tests positive on the windscreen.

Great when you walk up a hill and the cars coming down get snowier like on the way to Uni of Bath this morning from 30m to 200m the cars were getting whiter every 5 yards walked up it..

Was certainly sleeting when I parked up to go into the dentists, some very large ish wet flakes falling, came out the dentist half an hour later and back to plain old rain with the occasional sleety bit hitting my windscreen on the way home.

I think they have a dodgy rain gauge?! The 24 hour accumulations don't even show that. The majority of stations are showing around 1 inch, with some around 1.5 inches.

Overnight rainfall of 9.0mm, wasn't in a Met Office warning for yesterday, but did have one today for rainfall, but that was cancelled earlier. Low overnight was 2.6°C

Currently foggy and only 3.7°C.

Overnight min was +0.3°C here with a ground frost which disappeared quickly.  Rainfall to 09.00 was 10.1mm but we've been dry since early yesterday evening. Feels raw cold and currently 3.5°C.

Frosty start here with a low of -0.3°C, obviously being quite a distance from the rain and snow meant the temperature was lower here than most places.

Sunny all day so far with mostly clear skies but a bit more cloud now. 6.4°C

Edit: Actually a lot more cloud and looks like showers moving in off the channel.

Possibly but the central rain blob circulated over Gloucestershire/Oxfordshire/S Wale all night and this morning long. I had radar up, unable to sleep, watching and seeing..it isn't out of the realm to experience large precip totals locally.  We are totally at saturation point with runoff from the Welsh mountains which will sustain levels on the River Severn and its tributaries.
