Heavy rain for most of the afternoon and increasingly windy as the afternoons gone on, although nothing compared to last weekend. 16.8°C

Wind gusted to 37mph for a time and a wind speed of 19mph record. 22.2mm of rain has fallen, but I don't think it warranted a yellow warning to be honest. Summer rainfall was below average until today, so it's not like flooding was a concern.

A cool, dark, wet and windy day. Max temp of 16.7 °C. I know I'll be in the minority but I quite enjoy a summer day like this once in a while! Makes me feel really refreshed, especially going for a run in it this evening. Didn't realise there were any warnings for today, as it turns out I was about a mile outside the zone, haha.

Rain is easing a little but still drizzling out there at the moment. Temp slowly rising at: 16.1°C however today's high still stands at 16.6°C

Stopped raining now and it's almost as warm now as the high was earlier in the day. Reached 17.6°C, currently 17.2°C

It was warmer at bedtime than the whole of yesterday, but then dropped to 13.7C overnight.

Hints of brightness this morning but looks like the only shower in the whole region is heading straight for here. Sigh...

We were not in the yellow warning of rain but quite close to it.
Still, did not have as much wind/rain as I expected.
We had 8mm from 2pm to 10pm yesterday in showers through the afternoon and evening.
Then a dry spell for a few hours.
From midnight the rain started again for a few hours giving 1.8mm.
The SW wind yesterday was breezy 14-18mph with plenrty of 20-25mph gusts and a handful that hit 30-32mph.
Was 17.7c at midnight after a high of 18.6c yesterday midday, a low this morning at 6am of 16.1c.

Now, its looking to be a pleasant morning, plenty of blue sky coming through, 17.6c, SW wind 6-10mph.

Dropped down to 13.3°C overnight.

Mostly cloudy, although there was plenty of sunny spells. It has stayed dry. Reached 22.2°C at: 14:21

Much better today with plenty of sunny spells and a bit warmer although still quite breezy. Reached 19.6°C, currently 16.7°C

Currently mostly cloudy however we were in a few clear spells earlier. The ground starting to dry off after last night's rain. 16.2°C

Had some overnight rain, only amounted to around 1mm. However woke up to some heavy rain this morning, which brought the total to 3.9mm.

Luckily was only short as its now sunny skies and feeling warm out!

Currently 21.2°C and sunny.

Didn’t do washing this morning due to rain and shower risk. Went out for 8 hours which have been bone dry. Home now and could do washing to dry before dusk were there not showers approaching quickly from the west!!!

Chucked it down here around 9 am, a really heavy and quite prolonged shower, perhaps a trough   associated with the front that was in over N France last night. Thought we'd missed most of it after the midnight millimetre and the forecasts didn't give much of a clue as to what was to come several hours later - another 8 mm of it.

The rest of the day's been breezy and dry with sunny periods and a 20.0°C maximum - quite a nice afternoon.
