So pleased we’re on the clear side of the country! Should be the same tomorrow for my boys 3rd birthday, hopefully his first dry birthday!

Got down to 14.9°C overnight here...

This afternoon has stayed dry and fine with some sunny spells, and it has felt pleasantly warm, although the westerly breeze has picked up a bit. Reached 24.0°C earlier, currently 23.1°C

Cloudy, warm, but only fleeting glimpses of the sun here in BS34. Looks much brighter to my South West towards Yatton, Clevedon, Portishead areas, which are just to the south and south west of Bristol.

Interesting cell has been parked over the Severn Estuary for over an hour now - white in the centre of it on the radar so must be pretty intense.

Temperature rose to 24.3°C just after 16:00 but falling again now, 23.5°C

Mostly cloudy, however, with clearer patches moving through from time to time.

Yes, I just spotted that too and playing the sequence shows that it's possibly coming SE, but it does appear to be losing some intensity.

Very warm again here, 27.5°C earlier, a lot of cloud, but nothing threatening, reasonable breeze but still feeling quite humid.

Yeah, we're watching a fair bit of convection going on out to the West.

We should be OK, but it's blocking out our Sun from time to time.

Yep, not quite as confident of staying dry now.

We're OK for a bit still. Hope so, it's lovely out.

No free beer this eve.

I reckon our friends at the Salisbury Racecourse summer extravaganza are going to get a bit damp in a bit.

Well, the 'cell' of sorts moved overhead and has delivered a drizzly mess lol. Really lost its intensity moving inland.

This got us in the end, so we've had to come in. Nothing exciting though, just rain.

Edit : heavy rain now. Great for the garden.

@MP-R wasn't wrong. It's drizzly more than anything else.
