One or two very light showers yesterday evening but these soon died out and it was then dry until around 0400 g.m.t when rain moved up from the south. A cool, dull and wet start to the day with continuous moderate rain.

A cool and cloudy day with light-moderate rain throughout the morning and early afternoon, the rain becoming intermittent by mid afternoon and eventually dying out by 1600 g.m.t. Windy at first but the wind decreased as the rain decreased in intensity.

A cold wet day here with a max of 6.4C and 33mms of rain so far plus a few mms from when the rain started around 5pm yesterday.  A fresh to strong at times Easterly wind has also impacted on the temp feel.
