A few clear spells last night for a short time before cloud increased again before midnight. Cloudy through the early hours, though mainly dry until around dawn when a little light shower fell. Bright and a few sunny spells developing this morning, showers in the locality.

 

Maximum temperature to 18:00 GMT yesterday 16.9c.

Minimum temperature overnight 7.5c

Yesterday.

 

Variable cloud overnight, staying dry here. A good deal of cloud around this morning, brighter spells developing mid morning, hazy. A few hazy sunny spells, a good deal of cloud also with heavy showers around the area with thunder. This location only saw a couple or so light showers.

Well most of what shows on the radar managed to go east and west of here, just 0.8 mm so far. No TS although me being deaf there may well have been a rumble or two around 1300

A better day than forecast with little in the way of showers after this mornings brief one. Sunny spells in the afternoon and another mild day.

Well a brief spell of Thunder from the south this died away as it approached Sunny Sheffield but produced a brief spell of marble sized haze. So a bit of interest today.
