I am holding off on the beer in case i have to drive,Lincolnshire looks good at the moment.

Really hope a storm develops before hitting us rather than brewing and missing out completely, the next hour or so could be interesting to watch

UKV 18Z shows showers creeping in to Dorset/Hampshire/IoW around 7/8am. No change to the areas I highlighted on the map in an earlier post. Starts moving in to West Sussex around 9pm and trundles North towards the Wash during the early hours of Tuesday.

yeah that one's looking good. Anyone in the path should keep an eye out for lightning as it's often not detected with elevated storms.

I don't think that really matters. Besides, temps have only dropped 2 or 3 degrees since this afternoon.

Forecast looking ok up to now. Checked radar and there's come convective cells popping up behind the band of general rainy crud. Overnight hours as forecast may be interesting. Here me fingers crossed. Happy hunting all ⛈️⛈️⛈️

The sky has a strange orange tinge to it here, similar to that of snow filled sky in the winter

Being serious, it actually seems to be following the TV forecast from earlier that any storms would be in the Lincs area.
