A sight of falling snow which is now easing off a few miles further east they maybe getting quite a bit looking at the radar. A slight covering but not measurable

Overcast with light rain at times, 8.6 mm so far since midnight, a low of 2.6 C, no sign of snow here. I would imagine half way up the M 18 it will be a mix of rain and snow?

Light wet snow has now stopped and what we've got yet agin unmeasurable is now melting rapidly. Kids who've are lying in will is it.

Cloudy overnight, moderate rain through the early hours, this turning to sleet and wet snow towards dawn, producing a slight accumulation. At observation, overcast, light sleet, slight snow cover of 1cm, 60%. Melting.

Variable cloud overnight, a few showers. Mainly cloudy this morning, showery rain. The rain cleared away late morning allowing sunny spells, windy. The afternoon saw a few sunny spells, though with high and medium level cloud increasing so by late afternoon and evening it was mostly cloudy.

Rain arrived around 0100 and soon turned to snow, the snow moderate at times during the early hours and quite sticky, covering all trees and bushes etc. It became dry between about 0700 and 0830 but light snow has returned in the last half hour.

Well marginailty killed the morning snow. Light rain sleet and sunny spells after the early morning snow.
