A mainly cloudy night with a little light rain during yesterday evening followed by showers of rain, then sleet, during the early hours. Dry and breezy with sunny intervals so far this morning. Freya produced a maximum gust of 58 mph here so certainly nothing unusual in this part of the world.

A mild day with sunny spells breezy during the morning but the breeze moderating into the afternoon. Late afternoon a few short showers with hail arrived and turning cooler.
