A cloudy night with rain arriving during yesterday evening and becoming heavy at times. The rain turned to snow during the early hours and there's now a good covering above 250 m.

Some sleet this morning and never got really windy. Some wintry showers in the afternoon and cool a day.

This morning's snow turned to sleet by mid morning and to rain by late morning. The rain became showery by midday and cleared completely by 1430. The wind briefly reached gale force this morning but then decreased steadily.
