Its a bad sign if Damian isnt even posting, he's usually very optomistic in even in very marginal conditions.

I don't know if it's a technical fault but a convergence zone south of the isle of man that might pep up some convective activity?

Places in Scotland reporting rain and sleet so if that lump of ppn does arrive then dont expect it to be white

Two consecutive days with rumbles of thunder. In 2015, didn't hear my first rumble of thunder until the 1st of July!

Not even had that

Thought I'd leave it a couple of hours due to the Irish sea being asleep but just having a decent hail shower here...leaving more of a white covering than the earlier one.  Showers are very fast moving, so easy to be caught out overnight and into tomorrow if they continue.

Interesting that this; 1261428527_Annotation2020-02-10185040.png.0981c7e8fc7d5bbc1861e86204698790.png turns into this 1155547434_Annotation2020-02-10185111.thumb.png.5144ef90c136c730b84afcf2f5eda5e4.png an hour later.

Looks a pretty dry affair tonight.

Hopefully tomorrow better.

Can someone tell the Irish sea to bloody wake up?! A sugar dusting doesn't cut the mustard.
