Sat in hill fog today, doesn't look like it's going to budge. Itching for warm sunny weather now.

Suns been out most the day and we are up to 18c here hopefully more of this to come.

17.1'c was today's maximum temp recorded in Buxton, and I fortunately had the day off so decided in the morning to make the most of the weather and headed up into the hills around Brown Knoll and the Pennine Bridleway for a 9.2mi circular hike. A little cooler on the tops at just over 1800ft with a consistent westerly breeze lowering the temps somewhat but not uncomfortably cold and with good views well past Buxton, the Cheshire plain, and Stanage Edge.

Yeah pretty decent through the middle of the day but cloudy later in the afternoon, at least here and not that warm once the sun disappeared.

Went too Alton towers nice in the sun freezing in the wind though was blue Sky's in Cardiff .

Grass frost this morning...1c.  Glorious sunshine though so it will soon warm up in the ever strengthening sun
