Well that was briefly exciting. The snow came down heavy enough to change the wet roofs to white for around 5 minutes.  Back to slush now and wet looking roofs.

 After affects from last nights mushy peas maybe.

Anyway, yes, I was in the shower and the expel  fan was having a battle with the wind gusts trying to reverse its direction lol.

Well that was exciting. Quite big hail. Now very light sleet all that fell in less than a min

Nice blustery shower of hail making it's way through, apparently thunder heard at the airport 15min earlier with this same shower.

Met office have issued a yellow warning for snow,ice+wind. Here' hoping to see some flakes

Fleeting brief hail/snow showers this afternoon.... can see how the intensity of the band this morning affected snow on the hills this morning... bleaklow white, the hill to the left of it ( can’t remember it’s name) no snow, patch cover on hills by the snake pass/chunel

Sleet and snow showers here in the last 45 mins temperature dropping to near freezing when the showers are falling

Flakes in the wind here 2c.... gritter just scooted by.... really feels cold in the wind.... woodburner on... homemade chips cut, tomahawk steak from mettricks marinated, Yorkshire pudding batter ready let’s eat....
