Very sad news about Anthoine Hubert, such a sad loss at such a young age.

Just goes to show that despite the massive improvements in safety, Motor racing remains a very dangerous sport.

May he Rest in Peace.

Given this weekend, a highly emotional win for Charles Leclerc today.

I don't think many people will begrudge this.

A big slap in the face for F1...havn`t watched it for good few years but never saw anything like that when I watched only when schumacher broke a leg,wow 20 years that was good grief.

Williams extend Mercedes engine partnership to 2025 at least

Quote

Williams will use Mercedes engines in Formula 1 at least until 2025. The team, already committed to Mercedes for next season, have signed a new agreement for the following five years. Williams have declined in form since finishing third in 2014 and 2015, their first two seasons with Mercedes after turbo-hybrid engines came into F1.

Daniel Ricciardo thrown out of Singapore GP qualifying results

Quote

Renault's Daniel Ricciardo has been disqualified from Singapore GP qualifying for a technical infringement. Ricciardo's Renault car was found to have contravened the regulation governing how much power can be emitted by the MGU-K element of the engine. The RS19 was found to have exceeded 120kW during Q1.

The issue was referred to the stewards by FIA technical delegate Jo Bauer after qualifying and, after speaking to Renault representatives into the early hours of Sunday morning at F1's night race, stewards announced just before 3am local time that they had determined a breach had taken place "beyond any doubt".

Vettel yet again acting like a spoilt brat and making out he did nothing wrong. Breaks downs, then wins driver of the day.

Nice to have fans.

Weather has been the number one talking point heading into this weekend’s Japanese Grand Prix, and on Friday...

First time qualifying has moved to a Sunday since the USA in 2015

Last time the Japan GP was hit by a Typhoon was in 2014 which tragically lead to the death of Jules Bianchi
