@mountain shadow do you think we'll see an increase in shower intensity during the night? Is it me or so Showers not seem to penetrate in land as much when they're coming from a more northerly direction?

Unlikely Sperrin.

Maybe the odd isolated shower and you can never rule out a lucky streamer.

Hopeful of seeing some snow tomorrow evening in my neck of the woods. Not expecting it to lay but would be nice to see a shower. Between 5 and 7 is looking the most likely.

That band of precipitation moving West over Scotland is giving them a snow whalloping.

Sadly it will be rain when it gets to us I think as hitting during daylight.

Yea that is annoying probably only going to be a degree or two out from a good event , high routes might still get a whack in the heaviest bursts though..

Feels really cold here still, that band is going to hit me in next half an hour. Working from home today so the teams meeting may be abandoned. Snow affecting the signal!!

Miserable night. Cold and rain. Think I'd prefer it to be normal zonal weather than this.

Very cold night. -3.4c here this morning so a good bit lower in valleys I'd say. Cracking morning to be out though. Love it.

A lovely sunny and frosty morning here. If I can't have snow then this is my second winter preference!
