I went out earlier snow hunting. Got stuck driving up binevenagh just barely crawled up spinning the wheels constantly for 10-15 minutes going barely walking speed. Ruined my front tyres. I normally use winters and I forgot how bad summers are in snow. Expensive lesson learned lol.

Snow continuing on and off in North Belfast.  I'm about 150m ASL. Will get some pics up later.

Up in Antrim now at moment and heavy shower incoming.

Looking at the weather forecast there is still plenty of time. Showers are to continue on and off through the night and die out tomorrow afternoon.

I thought the talk was more towards tonight for snow.

Keeping the hopes up!

Snowed quite heavily in Dublin on and off all day, nothing sticking. Mountains look glorious!

If temps would drop and some of this precipitation out west would merge, which some of it is, things could be a bit more positive for some later.

Euro4 also showing frontal snow for tomorrow night

Ice forming already and a flurry sticking instantly.  No problem with the WBFL tonight, just need the moisture.

Same here, think precipitation will be the problem tonight

Looking at the radar, the precipitation is dying off before it reaches here. Shame really as what fell earlier has stayed on grass and there is ice forming on the cars already.

Came home from work thinking snow was gone but have 2 or 3 inches in garden! Another shower earlier covered over melted areas. A Mile down the road there has zero snow. Very marginal.

Breaking up fairly quickly as it makes landfall.... Sadly!
